
If I could speak as clear as glass, filtering light, scenery, thoughts, and feelings as they are. I have a habit of speaking fast. I can’t remember if i do it in Korean. I repeat meaninglessly as if the connection between thinking and talking is broken and mouth keeps trying to reconnect to mind without a direction. I feel empty and confused when talking in English. How am I going to fix this? Speaking happens almost automatically in many cases then I get lost. I should restrain myself from saying anything without a clear plan and stop talking when you cannot elaborate. Would this help?
